What are some of your most succesfull weight loss tips?? I have my few that I live by, but I am looking for some tips on cutting down. Please only share different/ unique tips.

For the past 6 monthes, i totally changed my life style. I eat very healthy and have a lot of self control. I work out as much as i can in addition to sports games and practices and i have dropped my weight from 178 down to 137. But lately i can't get the scale to move at all in the weight loss direction and i don't know how to change that. I'm not sure if just cutting back calories will do it because i know that i dont eat over 1200 a day if even at all close. Can anyone help me?

1 cup applesauce
2 cups pumpkin (1 large can)
3 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 cup water
3 1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each: nutmeg, ground cloves, cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix applesauce, pumpkin, sugar and eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients. Spray cooking spray in the bottom of three 8" loaf pans. Divide dough between pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
This recipe makes three small loaves, 36 servings total. 2 POINTS per servi...

1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar or Splenda (may need to add more)
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs or 1/2 cup Egg Beaters
2 cups strawberries, chopped (if using frozen, thaw)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans (optional)
