This is the second book by Leslie Sansone and I loved it! She is so inspiring. I have been fortunate enough to meet her in person and she is as sweet in real life as she is in her book. She teaches you how to eat smart to make good choices. I highly reccommend it as well as her other walking products. Can’t wait for more from her!
