How long per session and how many times a week should I be doing yoga to loose weight? I am looking to loose about 30lbs. What else do you suggest I do to maximize my weight loss? I don't eat that much, I eat healthy, I watch my sugar intake, I take walks, I'm active around the house. Anything else I should do besides yoga?
