    I'm considering using apple cider vinegar for weight loss. I know that there is a lot of speculation about it, but it is cheap so i am willing to try it. Is there a reason I should take it before a meal? Also, I'm very fat. Can taking more than 5tsp/day as opposed to 3tsp/day provide additional benefits?
