Lemme ask ya all something. My work gives us a discount on our health insurance if we have a health assessment. They take our blood and then check our sugar and cholesterol. My bad cholesterol was great but my good cholesterol was low. Could that affect my weight loss? I lost 30 lbs last summer through diet and excercise and am having trouble this spring getting going. I do 4 days of cardio and 2 days of weights. My diet is real good most of the time. Well, it's not actually a diet. I have totally changed my eating habits and have been working out regularly.
